SCP was established in 2026 by a group of highly experienced international end-to-end supply chain practitioners. Each founder already had an established business and through a series of discussions, it became clear there was a gap in the market for a truly integrated, international supply chain offering, aimed at addressing both risk and global trading conditions that continue to shift.
Built on collaboration, SCP focuses on creating genuine, complimentary partnerships with clients, suppliers and both external and internal partners. This partnership-led approach enables a unique, cross-industry, cost effective offering to clients needing to develop, improve and or correct their supply chains.

He brings a combination of deep strategic and operational expertise in global supply chains, logistics, ERP, digital technologies and international trade, with board governance experience and sector versatility.
Raul Portela
Co-founder
Raul is a senior executive and PE‑focused operator with a track record of leading transformation and driving operational excellence across European, cross‑border businesses. He combines executive and interim COO‑level leadership, board exposure, and deep expertise in supply chain, ERP and digital systems.
Phil Brigstock

Phil is a seasoned customs and trade compliance specialist whose career spans customs, trade compliance and supply chain transformation. With a professional services background across diverse sectors, he has a strong track record of guiding organisations through complex customs environments, driving transformation and positioning customs as a strategic business asset.
Ahmet Baristiran

Ahmet Baristiran is a senior supply chain and transformation professional with over 20 years of experience managing end-to-end global operations and delivering change across retail, FMCG, manufacturing, and omnichannel environments.
Steve Murray
Co-founder
A senior leader in international logistics and supply chain, both domestic and international and across multiple industry sectors. A multi-faceted experience gained from a variety of operational and commercial roles in logistics, end to end supply chain and freight forwarding, with a key focus on new business implementation, operational improvement and change management.
Graham Welland
Co-founder
Graham, is a risk and compliance expert with 30+ years of experience in highly regulated sectors. He founded a risk and compliance consultancy in 2017 to address critical failures in supply chain oversight and regulatory frameworks, providing expertise across 140+ countries.
