Olga Wormald is an outcome-driven Programme and Transformation leader with a strong track record of delivering complex strategic change across retail, FMCG, hospitality, airline and gaming. She combines commercial rigour with hands-on delivery leadership, helping organisations translate strategic ambition into practical programmes, clear governance and measurable business outcomes.
Her career spans senior interim transformation roles with PE-backed, listed and major consumer-facing businesses including Bensons for Beds, Magnet Kitchens, Dreams Beds, Bourne Leisure, NBrown Group, Hallmark Cards, easyJet, ASDA and Jagex Gaming. Olga has worked with executive committees and private equity sponsors including CVC, Alteri Investors and Sun Capital, supporting organisations through growth, turnaround, operational efficiency and value creation agendas.
Olga is particularly strong at establishing governance frameworks and PMO structures that give boards and sponsors clear visibility of progress, risk, dependencies and key decisions. She has governed capital investment portfolios and transformation plans exceeding £50m, developed programme plans aligned to commercial targets, and created executive reporting rhythms that bring discipline, control and momentum to delivery. Her approach links programme activity directly to measurable P&L outcomes, including revenue growth, margin improvement, cost reduction and customer experience improvements.
At Bensons for Beds, she led the delivery of a return to profitability plan. As Transformation Director at Magnet Kitchens, she led the delivery of a new sales operating model to improve conversion and delivered significant operational cost savings. Across her assignments, Olga has led and mobilised programmes covering digital and technology change such as HR transformation, customer journey optimisation, business process improvement, pricing propositions, operating model redesign and store estate transformation.
